ABOUT ROB

Rob Ó Néill is an experienced martial artist and personal trainer, bringing a breadth of knowledge and understanding to his training from working with elite athletes, members of the military and law enforcement, and specialist populations within the NHS.

Rob has been involved with the sport and fitness industry for many years, having competed in kickboxing, karate, MMA, and folk wrestling, as well as in powerlifting and strongman competitions. 

Professionally Rob has held roles within both the healthcare and education sectors working with specialist populations focussed on health and fitness development. 

TRAINING FOR BODY AND MIND

Improved physical fitness improves not only physical health, but has fantastic positive effects on mental health too – from the short-term endorphin release to longer term improvements in self-esteem and resilience. 

HOME-BASED FITNESS TRAINING

We know it can be difficult to find time to get to the gym in the week, especially if you have other commitments at home – that’s why our training is designed to be delivered in your home, or at a location convenient for you.
